- Morning. I'm waiting for a new boiler to be delivered. And then fitted. Today could be cold in Earlsfield. #
- @baroness_sheene 4 days? I'm hoping this is done by 5pm. Hiding out the way & it's cold! in reply to baroness_sheene #

- Is @jeffjarvis right? "Content is no longer scarce, people. It is abundant." What does this mean for the ad business? http://goo.gl/XFjov #
- @baroness_sheene I can hear heating in my house but I can't feel it. Should I be alarmed? #
- @Steve_Walls @jeffjarvis Does "Involving Content" scale? Does it need to scale? in reply to Steve_Walls #

- @afullerview Sorry I didn't make last night. Did it all work out OK? Beers soon? in reply to afullerview #
- I didn't see Dancing on Ice but @Schofe's opinion is clear: http://t.co/nMm4DGa #
- @baroness_sheene After some additional electrical work, I have heat. And hot water. This is good. in reply to baroness_sheene #
- Look! Page numbers coming to The Kindle. Who would of thought you'd see the day you could just remember a number & go to a page. Amazing. #
- @cookiedude Not really sure, I assume line numbers which makes it easier to locate you based on different device screen sizes. in reply to cookiedude #
- Today I learnt that the creation of the Euro Convention on Human Rights in 1950 (and by extension The Court) was overseen by a British MP. #
- Sir David Maxwell-Fyfe was the MP. The ECHR is not imposed on us by the EU but is, instead, something we signed-up to post WWII. #
- Most importantly I discovered the my knowledge of Europe as a political entity is limited. I'd no idea what the Council of Europe was. #
- @nicholasmills Maybe, but as a signatory it appears we're bound by judgements so incorporation into English Law merely procedural. I think. in reply to nicholasmills #
- @nicholasmills It's put into context the protests of those people who believe The Court's judgements are Europe telling us what to do. in reply to nicholasmills #
- @nicholasmills Can the complainant still resort to The European Court if the High Court rules so? I'm finding the nuances fascinating. in reply to nicholasmills #
- @nicholasmills Indeed &, from what I can see, a backlog of 120,000 cases &, therefore, a multi-yr wait to be heard. You'd need perseverance. in reply to nicholasmills #
- @nicholasmills What was the topic of your dissertation then? I'm now intending to watch "Britain's Supreme Court" on More4 tonight. in reply to nicholasmills #

- It appears content like the fascinating @BBC's WW2 People's War archive won't be accessible anymore. http://goo.gl/J2O1r #
- This cleaning up of content seems to be based on the notion of "fewer things, better" according to the @BBC: http://goo.gl/v4YeC #
- That seems a silly notion for fixed content sets like the WW2 People's War archive or Politics 97 which are useful historical references. #
- What is the obession with cleaning up URLs? Nobody will use /politics97 for quite a while yet. I'm struggling to see what harm it's doing. #
